We’re running out of reliable coverage in northern Gaza. So many journalists are leaving the area, forced south in hopes of survival. For the first time in 38 days, Al Jazeera has no more live broadcast from Gaza City, even though hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have not left that city and areas to the north. There are simply no journalists remaining with live broadcast capabilities.
The inhumane crisis unfolding at Gaza’s two biggest hospitals (Al-Shifa and Al-Quds) escalated further yesterday in the ongoing standoff between the apartheid regime’s military and the purported militants whom it claims are taking cover in hospital buildings. Al-Shifa was overwhelmed with more than 100 decomposing bodies and over the past three days, at least thirty two (32) people, including three (3) children from the intensive care unit, have died.
Of course western media outlets will frame elected officials like Biden as powerless to stop the bloodshed, but you and I know that’s not true. If Biden decided to cut off military assistance and future funding and withdrew those pesky aircraft carriers sitting in the Mediterranean and the nuclear subs in the eastern Mediterranean, the ethnic cleansing taking place in Gaza would end the same day. Any propaganda framing Biden's intentional decision to perpetuate genocide as helplessness is journalistic malpractice at this point. Biden hasn’t seemed to struggle with any of this. He is choosing to do something that he could stop doing at any point. This is Biden’s genocide as much as it’s Netanyahu’s, and responsibility should fall on the US just as much as Israel.
With regards to the savagery we witnessing from an apartheid regime on a daily basis, Western civilization is broadly divided into camps: vile racists who simply want Palestinians to die, known as zionists/nationalists, and more well-mannered racists who wish Palestinians would be more considerate with their slogans, known as progressives/liberals. The savagery of the apartheid regime’s crimes against defenseless civilians in Gaza is matched only by the fierceness of the Gazan resistance. The escalation in the conflict over the last 38 days also forces western politicians to confront the limits of their ability to direct the outcome, not just with day to day military operations, but for whatever comes after. And what will come after is a free Palestine.
In other news that makes perfect sense, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is adding pro-Palestine protests organized by progressive Jews to their ‘antisemitic incident’ database. To cheapen the accusation of antisemitism by applying it broadly to any advocate for Palestinian rights, including Jews, is incredibly irresponsible and dishonest. But that’s the world we’re occupying now folks, act accordingly. Never stop talking about Palestine my pals.

Return of the Garbage Troll: Former Former British prime minister and renowned war criminal David Cameron made a surprising return to office this week, becoming foreign secretary of the Conservative government that also saw fit to fire the despicable home secretary Suella Braverman. Cameron, who led the UK government from 2010 - 2016, was appointed by prime minister Rishi Sunak after he got rid of Braverman, who recently drew anger for accusing police of being too lenient with pro-Palestinian protesters. Witness the crumbling western empire
Bye Tim Scott: The senator from South Carolina and republican presidential longshot Tim Scott announced late yesterday that he was dropping out of the 2024 presidential race, about two months before the start of voting in the Iowa caucuses. The soft-spoken nonfactor of a candidate made his announcement on “Sunday Night in America”, with news apparently coming as an abrupt shock to some of his campaign workers
